Halloween
I love Halloween. I love going into different neighborhoods and getting all the candy. Last year I got soda from one house. Every year my candy doesn't last very long because I go home and eat it all. Then I steal candy from what we were giving out and my little sister.

Does Patriotism Still Matter
Patriotism still matters because without it there would be no freedom. No freedom of religion, no freedom of speech, and no freedom of the press. When I hear the word patriotism I think of freedom, Independence Day, Veterans Day, sacrifice, the United States , and love for our country.
Patriotism still matters because with it the army protects us. All the army veterans are important to everyone because of them we have what we have. We have a good supply of everything. Without patriotism there would be no freedom because there wouldn’t be an army.
Patriotism still matters because without it we wouldn’t have won the Revolutionary War. If it wasn’t for patriotism the U.S. wouldn’t have won all the wars that we did. Without it no one would care for their country and that means there would be no order and no one would vote or care about politics.
Patriotism still matters because without it the country would be in chaos. No one would care what would be going on. If something bad happened like, we lost a war no one would care because they don’t have patriotism.
I have patriotism because I would go into war when I am older if the army needed me. I love also war videogames like Halo3 and Call of Duty. I think it would be cool to be with army veterans because they’ve done so much for us. If I have to go into the army I would want to be on the Special Forces.
I am very proud of all the army veterans. They show real patriotism by fighting for our rights. They fight for our freedom. Army veterans risk their lives for everyone everyday in our country. Army veterans with a lot of patriotism also help out rookies to become more patriotic.

Ralph Fletcher's Marshfield Dreams:When I Was A Kid
In Ralph Fletcher's Marsh field Dreams:When I Was A Kid, we read five stories about him being a kid. some were emotional and others were interesting. Our English teacher Mrs.Patalano read the first three stories with us and helped us fill out the organizer.
The first story we read was "My First Pen." It told about his dad giving him his first pen. At first he thought it was just a cheap BIC but then he started writing really good stories with it. My favorite part about the Story was his closing sentence.
The next story was "Bobby." In this story he tells how Bobby was the fifth baby and he never complained.I like how Ralph Fletcher used forshadoeing by saying that Bobby would never know what was going to happen.Bobby lived a normal life until he was killed in a car accident in his last year of high school.
In the next story "Baseball" he tells how he and his brother join a baseball team. He said it bored the heck out of his brother and he just looked up at the sky or dug in the grass for bugs to pass time. I liked the way he still played even though his allergies would act up really badly. He also said he loved watching the Red Sox play on television and that he could just imagine the game withe the wet cloth on his eyes.
In "Marsh field" he said he liked going through the woods. I like what he said when his shoe got stuck in the mud. If one of my shoes got stuck in mud and i was never going to get it back I would throw the other one too, because there's no point of having one shoe and not the other. I think it's cool that he finds stuff there because the stuff he said he found is cool.
In the last story called "Last Kiss" he talks about every night when his mom and dad both give him a kiss but then his dad stops giving him kisses and he he gets sad.I liked how he remembered talking to his dad about the jellyfish and how they drift away from each other then said he was drifting away from his dad like jellyfish

My Brett Favre signed football
My object is my Brett Favre football. It is special to me because my dad gave it to me even though it was supposed to be his. When my dad gave it to me he gave it to me in a glass case, a picture of him sighning it, and a kicking tee. I got it when I was 9 when Brett Favre came to the New York Jets which is my favorite football team. I go to a Jets came every chance I get. My football is my favorite thing I own because on the football it has his stats from when he was on the Greenbay Packers. It also says it's a limited edition 12 0f 25
